Don't just eat your pancakes plain when you can get decadent! I love adding whipped cream sweetened with a sweetener like swerve or monkfruit. If you're careful about how many carbs you're eating you can even add some fresh berries to your pancakes!

Best Carbquik Low Carb Pancakes
Delicious pancakes without all the carbs. Don't forget the syrup!
Ingredients
2 Cups CarbQuik
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
3/4 cups melted butter (Or 1.5 sticks)
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Water
Instructions

Start by mixing dry ingredients: Carbquick Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl.

Add wet ingredients: Egg Melted Butter and Buttermilk.

Mix ingredients together with a mixer.

Add water and continue mixing.

Leave your pancake batter to sit for approximately 10 minutes. The batter will get much smoother.

After waiting 10 minutes if your batter is thicker than you like you can add a bit more water and mix it in.

Heat up your griddle or skillet on medium heat (ideal temperature 350 Fahrenheit). Add butter to the pan.

Add your pancake batter to the pan.

When your pancake is bubbly on top and the bubbles begin to pop check the bottom and flip them over when browned to your liking.

Serve with a sugar free pancake syrup like Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup!
